Warzone 2 - Best M4 Loadout, Attachments, and Tuning

Warzone 2 M4 Cinder

Warzone 2 has finally entered Season 2, and a ton of new content has arrived with the update, as well as balance changes to shake up the meta. New weapons are also here, unlockable via the Battle Pass and Challenges, ready for Rebirth.

Assault Rifles are still defining the meta right now in Warzone, and the M4 is one of the best and one of the easiest to use. It's even been banned in pro play for being too strong. Here's how to build it to its full potential, so you can shred through your enemies at range.

Best M4 Attachments Warzone 2

The M4 will be one of the first guns you pick up in Warzone 2, and right now there's no reason it can't be the last. Here's how to equip it so it's one of the best ARs in the class:

  • Muzzle: Harbinger D20 | 1.4^ | 1>
  • Barrel: Hightower 20" Barrel | 0.5^ | 0.4>
  • Optic: VLK 4.0x | -3^ | -0.26>
  • Magazine: 45-round Mag
  • Underbarrel: VX Pineapple | -0.4>

The attachments will make sure the M4 is unmatched at range, and you can lock down a huge area from a distance. The tuning doesn't make or break the class, but if you do get the M4 to max level it will give it a huge boost.

Best M4 Perks and Equipment Warzone 2

The M4 is perfect if you can keep your distance, but Warzone 2 is unpredictable, and to win you'll need to be ready for any engagement. If you can get your hands on a full loadout, here's what we recommend:

  • Perk Package: Weapon Specialist
  • Tactical: Heartbeat Sensor
  • Lethal: Throwing knife
  • Secondary: Lachmann Sub/Fennec

Weapon Specialist will give you overkill, which is a must for any warzone class, and allow you to run a close-range weapon as well. Check out our Lachmann Sub Loadout, and our Fennec Loadout, for all the attachments you'll need in Warzone 2.
