Warzone 2 is finally entering Season 2, and the update is the biggest we've seen yet, bringing a ton of new content. Rebirth has returned, and new weapons are available through challenges and the Battle Pass, to shake up the meta.

SMGs are finally seeing their time in the sun after the changes, and will be even more crucial in the fast-paced action of rebirth. Here's how to build the FSS Hurricane so it can compete even up in the mid-ranges, and shred at point-blank range.

FSS Hurricane Best Attachments in Warzone 2

The FSS Hurricane is one of the best close-range weapons right now, and fits a run-and-gun style best. It's great to pick up on its own, as a primary or full loadout, provided you can stick to the shadows and not take fights over long distances.

Here are the attachments we recommend to build it to its best:

  • Barrel: FSS-X7 Barrel | 0.5^ | -0.4>
  • Laser: FSS OLE-V Laser
  • Stock: Demo Quicksilver Collapsed
  • Rear Grip: Phantom Grip | -1^ | -0.45>
  • Underbarrel: FSS Sharkfin 90 | 0.8^ | 0.4>

With these attachments, you'll have great ADS speed and mobility, which is key for a fast-paced playstyle. The FSS Hurricane can still compete up to mid-range, with one of the highest damage stats for an SMG in Warzone 2.

FSS Hurricane Best Perks and Equipment

The FSS Hurricane is a good weapon to buy as a primary from a shop, but is even better when paired with a full loadout. Here's what we recommend to round out your class in Warzone 2, so you're prepared for any situation:

Perk Package: Spectre

Tactical: Heartbeat Sensor

Lethal: Throwing Knife

Alternatively, you can run the weapon specialist package for overkill, and we recommend something with a much longer range as a secondary. A sniper like the SP-X 80 works well, or a long-range AR like the Taq 56.

In the meantime, run a heartbeat sensor to keep you safe, both when you're sniping, and to check buildings with the SMG. Then a throwing knife is always a solid option to avoid wasting valuable time and ammo on downed enemies in Warzone 2.
