The Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase is an event which is looking to override the hype gained for E3 which has slowly dwindled each year.

The second annual coming of the showcase is set to show new game releases, trailers and gaming announcements for the Xbox Bethesda community.

Xbox's recent releases such as Forza Horizon 5 and Halo Infinite have all been highly successful in the gaming industry. This leaves a sense of optimism when waiting to view the showcase if games as good as those will be highlighted.

Release Date and Time

The event will be streamed on Sunday, June 12 at 10 am PT. If you're tuning in from the UK that's 6 pm BST.

The stream can be accessed on the official Xbox's social media, such as Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, and controversially, TikTok. Despite the popularity of TikTok, most fans would much prefer to watch on a larger screen to witness the event's full glory.

The event will also be streamed through AppleTV which is an exciting development in the gaming world. Bridging the gap between streaming services and gaming events is a part of the industry yet to be developed.

What do fans want to see?

Just days after releasing the time and dates for the event, fans were disappointed to hear an official statement from Xbox which said that Starfield and Redfall will both be subject to delays.

The biggest ask from community members is to see more gameplay of future releases. The biggest requests for this gameplay are the Elder Scrolls VI, Indiana Jones, Forza Motorsport, and The Outer Worlds 2.
