Al-Nassr's next league outing will be on Thursday afternoon as the club takes on seventh-placed Al-Tai, and this could be the game in which Ronaldo makes his debut for the club.

If he isn't selected for the fixture against Al-Tai, Ronaldo's first outing in an Al-Nassr shirt could come against Al-Shabab on Saturday, January 14th.

Why did Ronaldo leave Manchester United?

The transfer had been rumoured for some time with Ronaldo and Manchester United enduring a tough break-up following a series of disciplinary incidents involving the Portuguese star and manager Erik Ten Hag.

A revealing interview with Ronaldo, hosted by Piers Morgan, created even further friction between the two parties with the eventual outcome being the termination of Ronaldo's contract at Old Trafford.

The ageing superstar insisted he was focused on the World Cup and not his next club, but a premature exit to underdogs Morocco left Ronaldo free to decide his future.

A move to Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr ensued with Ronaldo now unveiled as an Al-Nassr player in front of a jubilant crowd of the club's fans.
