When is the British Open final 2022?


The British Open is underway now, but it hasn't been plain sailing for the seeded players throughout the opening 48 hours of the event.

Ronnie O'Sullivan and Shaun Murphy both crashed out on the first day of action, whilst Anthony McGill was left packing his bags after a 4-1 defeat to Graeme Dott on Tuesday.

This year's British Open final will take place on Sunday, October 2nd 2022.

The final will be contested at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes and will take place across two separate sessions in a best of 19 frames format.

The world number two has seen his odds slashed after the exit of Ronnie O'Sullivan on Monday, he is deemed a 9/2 shot to go all the way in Milton Keynes.

Mark Selby (15/2) and Zhao Xintong (9/1) are also considered to be in with a shot of claiming the title. Defending champion Mark Williams can be backed at 12/1.
