Sport's most prestigious tournament is heading to North America in four years for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The tournament will be a mouth-watering event, taking place across the United States, Canada and Mexico and showcasing some of the best stadiums from outside of Europe in a festival of football.

Who are the 2026 World Cup host cities?

The 2026 World Cup will be hosted in 16 different cities across three countries, bringing us one of the most inclusive and exciting World Cups in history.

Mexico will have three host cities for the tournament with Guadalajara, Monterrey and the Capital of Mexico City all selected to host. This will be an exciting opportunity for a country that boasts one of the strongest domestic leagues outside of Europe.

Canada has just two host cities for the 2026 World Cup with Toronto and Vancouver selected. Both of these cities have clubs playing in MLS and will shine a spotlight on the growth of the game in Canada, with the national team having qualified for the 2022 World Cup this winter.

The other 11 host cities will be based in the United States with the majority of selections from the East or West coasts. Miami, New York and Los Angeles will be particularly exciting selections for international football fans hoping to make the long trip to the USA for the tournament.
