2022 Tour de France Stage 5 Winner Odds: Who is the favourite?

The 2022 Tour de France landed in the streets of France on Tuesday afternoon, as the cyclists undertook the first French leg of the tour during Stage 4.

Belgian favourite Wout Van Aert continued his fine form in the early stages of the competition, registering his first stage win as he took the yellow jacket home for a third consecutive day.

There will be no time for celebration though, as the competitors will be out on Wednesday morning competing in Stage 5. RealSport101's Tom Young takes you through all of the odds for the next stage of the 2022 Tour De France.

Dutch hopeful Matthieu Van Der Poel is considered the bookmaker's favourite for Stage 5 (7/2) whilst Wout Van Aert can be backed to build on today's success with another stage victory at 9/2.

Mads Pedersen and Matej Mohoric are considered the most likely of the chasing pack at 10/1 and 14/1 respectively, whilst Dylan Groenewegen can be supported at 40/1 as he looks to claim a second stage victory of the Tour.

Stage 5 will get underway on Wednesday, July 5th.
