Official images of the new Air Jordan 1 Mid SE "Green Python" have been revealed, and if you're like us, you're probably wondering if Nike has announced a release date for them yet.
The latest design calls back to the snakeskin-like material used for the "Satin Snake" 1s launched in 2020; however, Jordan has opted for a mid-top silhouette this time around in the brand's continued push of Mids in 2022.

As touched on above, these special edition Jordan 1s have dropped the usual leather construction seen on some of the best Jordan 1 colourways around.
Instead, the sneakers adopt incredibly unique snakeskin-like overlays with chiseled out 'scales', hence the "Green Python" name.
The 'scales' come dressed in a vivid green tone and are given a glossy finish to contrast the matte white leather base layers.
White is also used to dress the laces, interior linings, and midsoles, which subsequently house the usual Nike Air units for additional support.
Jordan branding can then be found on the tongue tabs and insoles in vivid green to match the overlays and outsoles.
You'll also find the usual Jordan Wings insignias on the lateral side collars in white. The logos are also separate patches stitched onto the sneakers, thus giving a three-dimensional texture.
The Nike logo then features in the centre of the outsoles to round off these special edition Mids in typical Jordan 1 fashion.

Much like the release date, the price of these "Green Python" Jordan 1s is yet to be revealed.
However, some reports estimate they will arrive with a $135 price tag based on previous mid-top releases.
