The long-rumoured adidas x Balenciaga Triple S collaboration has been revealed, leaving many fans wondering if a release date has been announced yet.

The sneakers have been unveiled not long after the Gucci x adidas Gazelle's surfaced online following an announcement of the two brands working together in 2022.

The Balenciaga and Gucci collaborations join an array of designer and sportswear partnerships this year, like Off-White teaming with Nike to release Air Force 1s, or New Balance linking with BAPE to launch new 57/40 sneakers.

While there are plenty of exciting collaborative sneakers in the works, we're focusing solely on the adidas x Balenciaga Triple S release in this article. So, without further delay, let's dive in...

When Is The adidas x Balenciaga Triple S Release Date?

After the release date was kept quiet for much of 2022, we can now confirm that the full Balenciaga x adidas collaboration is out now.

This includes the Triple S sneakers in white alongside a light blue rendition and laceless Speed Trainers.

adidas x Balenciaga Triple S Design

When rumours of the Balenciaga Triple S collaboration first arrived, early images of the sneakers were widely regarded to be fake.

Since then, however, the sneakers have been revealed.

The sneakers are made primarily from white leather, with the three adidas stripes down the sides dressed in contrasting black as a nod to the Superstar's.

There are, however, a few areas made of mesh, most notably the toe boxes, which also feature the number 41, and the lateral and medial side collars.

Balenciaga branding can be found in several locations across these sneakers. Firstly, you'll find the logo printed just below the stripes on the lateral sides.

You'll also find the brand name placed just under adidas' trefoil logo on the black heel overlays.

To round off the design in typical Balenciaga fashion, you also get chunky, stacked midsole units dressed in a combination of white, black, and grey rubber.

This should offer you plenty of support and cushioning, thus making these sneakers a great pick for everyday wear.

adidas x Balenciaga Triple S Price

The white adidas Triple S collaboration costs $1100 in adult sizing.

This price is actually consistent across all the adidas x Balenciaga sneaker releases as part of this new collection.

Where To Buy The adidas x Balenciaga Triple S

Picking up a high-end collaboration like these adidas x Balenciaga sneakers can be notoriously difficult.

However, one of the first places we'd recommend looking for them in stock is the Balenciaga store under the Triple S collection.

Alternatively, you may find a listing at the adidas store under the new arrivals subsection come release day.

If neither proves successful, you could also keep an eye on the resale market at StockX.
