The State of Play initiative began in 2019 and PlayStation hasn't slowed down since. We're looking at another State of Play from Sony later today and we're expecting another in and around E3, as Sony isn't attending.
Here's everything you need to know about the next State of Play event...
LATEST - It's Going Down Later Today!
It's State of Play Day (again) and we are buzzed. Insomniac Games' next Ratchet and Clank title have been a game a lot of people were waiting for and it's hard to believe that it's so close!
PlayStation is promising around fifteen minutes of new footage from Ratchet and Clank during the State of Play. We're expecting it to delve deeper into who Rivet is and why she's crossing paths with Ratchet. We know so far that it's something to do with the Omniverse being in danger, which sounds bad.
In addition to this, there's going to be at least two more indie titles showcased during the event. We don't know what games these will be, though, so we're open to guesses!

Future State of Play Events
Since its release, PlayStation has hosted three to four separate State of Play events each year. So far in 2021, we have had one State of Play in February, with the second now happening on April 29.
There is usually a State of Play event sometime in May, followed by the next in August/September.
With Sony's absence from E3 this year, is it very likely we will see a State of Play event this summer.
