eFootball 2022 is constantly being upgraded and improved, with Konami introducing plenty of new features and making significant changes to the gameplay itself.

With the licensing battle between FIFA and eFootball hotting up, the free-to-play game has secured an impressive partnership with the Premier League giants Arsenal extending their deal.

Check below for everything you need to know about eFootball's new deal with the Gunners.

Arsenal x eFootball

Arsenal was already one of the limited amounts of teams featured in eFootball, and that deal has been extended for a further year.

The Gunners have their kits, face scans and official stadia featured in the game, with Manchester United the only other English side to do so.

Now, Arsenal has extended their deal with eFootball, with the new contract now running until 2023.

The deal will see Konami remain as the Official Football Video Gaming Partner of Arsenal.

Club kits and the fully licensed Emirates Stadium will continue to feature in eFootball, having a full set of 3D scans for the 'ultimate translation between real life and virtual appearances.'

Konami's branding will also feature on the headrests of the seats in the home and away dugouts in the real-life Emirates stadium.

Konami has also confirmed that Arsenal will continue to take part in esports games, including the eFootball Championship Pro.

eFootball and France Partnership

Arsenal aren't the only side to partner with eFootball, with Konami recently confirming a new partnership with the French National Team.

The partnership will incorporate many different commercial, imagery, and activation rights as KONAMI become the ‘Official Football Video Game Partner of the French National Team’.
