Heat starting center Hassan Whiteside sat out Saturday night's 111-107 loss at Detroit due to a stomach bug that also sidelined him for the second half of Miami's loss to Philadelphia on Friday night.

In the event Whiteside cannot play, Kelly Olynyk will get the start once more in the pivot for Miami (29-24) after totaling 19 points, eight assists and five rebounds. Goran Dragic scored a season-high 33 points for the Heat, who were outrebounded 49-33 and allowed 60 points in the paint for the second straight game.

Orlando (15-36) could also be without one of their starters as forward Aaron Gordon could miss a fourth straight game due to a strained hip flexor. The Magic have gone 1-2 without him in those games and are coming off a 115-98 home loss to Washington on Saturday night.

Jonathan Simmons and Mario Hezonja scored 15 points apiece as Orlando had seven players score in double figures, but the Magic were not cohesive defensively and allowed the Wizards to shoot 54.1 percent.

The Magic, who rank 28th in scoring defense (110.4 points per game) and defensive field goal percentage (47.5), are 1-19 when opponents shoot 50 percent or better.
