What to expect from the Valorant Act 3 Battle Pass

Valorant became an instant smash-hit when it launched in early 2020, adding yet another successful esports title to Riot's portfolio.

Blending the fantasy element and abilities of League of Legends and the FPS mechanics of CS:GO, Valorant has gone from strength to strength ever since it launched.

The latest season, Episode 2 Act 3, is right around the corner. Let's take a look at what to expect from the Battle Pass.

Act 3 Battle Pass

Each season of Valorant comes with a brand new Battle Pass featuring 100 rewards.

The Battle Pass is split into 10 Chapters with each Chapter consisting of 5 free rewards and 5 premium rewards.

In total there will be 50 free and 50 premium rewards, with the 50 free rewards being unlockable by all players and the other 50 only being available to players that purchase the Battle Pass.

If a player decides at a later date to buy the Battle Pass they will retroactively unlock all of the previous premium rewards.

As of right now, there is no information on what to expect from the Act 3 Battle Pass, we will have to wait for the new season to go live before we can find out what will be on offer in Act 3.

But we can expect to see these rewards included in the Battle Pass:

• Sprays
• Weapon Skins
• Variants

Battle Pass Price

Each Battle Pass for Valorant costs 1,000 Valorant Points, so we can expect the same to be the case here.

Players can purchase 950 Valorant Points for $9.99 and receive a bonus 50 to make up the 1,000 to purchase the Premium Battle Pass.

Episode 2 Act 3 Release Date

Episode 2 Act 3 is due to launch on April 21st.

Act 2 is scheduled to end on April 20th and Riot Games has always started the next Act immediately after.
