Spotify Down

Alongside many others, this means you can't listen to any music through the platform today if it hasn't been downloaded. You can still use it in offline mode.

It has been theorized this is an issue with the CDN (Content Delivery Network) that these sites use. This essentially means that users will connect to servers closer to their location for faster load time on web pages. When these servers go down, those sites become unusable.

This is a breaking news story and is constantly being updated with new information as it becomes available.
