Gamescom 2021 schedule: Event times and how to watch

After a pretty big E3, Gamescom is here to follow that up. Set to bring big games announcements and updates on older titles, you can expect tonnes of new information over the coming weeks.

Gamescom 2021 Schedule

Unfortunately, as of right now, there isn't that much to report on as companies are still setting up time and preparing their shows but we do have some information already. Here's what we know about the Gamescom 2021 schedule so far.

Xbox Showcase - August 24

You can catch Xbox's show at 10 am PT / 6 pm BST on August 24th.

In this, Xbox seems to be mostly giving updates on previous titles and what you can expect to see over the coming months until Holiday this year. We will receive a little more than that but this definitely seems to be the focus, according to their site.

Gamescom Opening Night Live - August 25

The official opening night starts on the 25th, one day after Xbox's event. This showcase is set to be two hours long and will include news from all the biggest releases.

You can catch it for yourself at 11 am PT / 7 pm BST on the day.

Future Games Show - August 26

The Future Games Show is back this year and hosted by Maggie Robertson and Aaron LaPlante, the voices of Lady Dimitrescu and The Duke respectively.

This is sure to have some of its own announcements and plans for the next year of gaming. You can catch the show at 1 pm PT / 9 pm BST on the day.

These are the only three schedules we know so far but expect this to change over the coming weeks as we figure who will be there and when their show will take place.
