The final Diablo 4 beta period is set to commence very soon and we cannot wait to see what Blizzard Entertainment has in store for us this time around.

During the last Diablo 4 beta period, players were granted access to various sections of the game and were able to unlock exclusive rewards for when the full version of the game is released.

We expect similar content to be made available during the final Diablo 4 beta period that will be opening in just a few days' time.

Release Date & Time

The start date for Diablo 4's final beta period has now been confirmed.

The Diablo 4 beta will commence on Friday, 12 May and will go live at precisely 3pm ET / 8pm BST.

The final beta period will be running for just two days, closing on Sunday, 14 May at the same time of 3pm ET / 8pm BST.

What to Expect

As was the case with the first beta, the final Diablo 4 beta will give players access to the game's Prologue and Act 1 sections.

The Prologue and Act 1 sections will include a range of missions and tasks that will allow you to progress all the way to a character level of 20.

It's important to note that progress made in the Diablo 4 beta will not carry over to the full version of the game.

Similarly, your progress from previous trial periods and betas will not carry over to the final beta period.

Beta Rewards

Several beta rewards will be on offer for the final Diablo 4 beta period.

The following tasks and rewards are on offer for the Diablo 4 beta:

  • Cry of Ashava Mount Trophy - Defeat Ashava with one Level 20 character.
  • Initial Casualty Title - Reach Kyovashad with one character.
  • Early Voyager Title - Reach Level 20 on one character.
  • Beta Wolf Pack Cosmetic Item - Reach Level 20 on one character.

The exclusive rewards that you earn will be made available to players once the full version of Diablo 4 launches in June 2023.

If you already unlocked the items listed above in previous beta periods, you do not need to complete the tasks again.

How to Download

The final Diablo 4 beta will be made available for all players to download, provided you are on the correct console.

The Diablo 4 beta will be available on all major consoles including the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.

All you need to do in order to download the Diablo 4 beta is head to your console's online store and search for "Diablo 4 – Server Slam".

This will be the PlayStation Store for PlayStation users, the Xbox Games Store for Xbox users and Steam for PC players.

The beta should be available to download from 3pm ET / 8pm BST on Wednesday, 10 May.

The final Diablo 4 beta is an open beta, which means you don't need any access codes or extra subscriptions to jump into the action.
