After changing things up a bit last week to mark the midway point in the NFL season, EA seems to be getting back to normal when it comes to their weekly Madden 22 Roster Update reveals.
That means things kicked off with a teaser of one of the many players due for a ratings adjustment, and this time their focus turned to Baker Mayfield.
While the Cleveland Browns had a mixed start to the season, they snagged their most impressive victory yet this past week by toppling the Bengals.
Prior to this game, Cincinnati were a 5-3 team with all three of those losses being by exactly three points, and one of them being and overtime loss to the Packers.
Baker Mayfield had other ideas, as he tore through them with 14 completions on 21 attempts for 218 yards and 2 touchdowns including a 60-yard touchdown bomb sent to Donovan Peoples-Jones.
It wouldn't be shocking to also see Browns running back Nick Chubb on the rise this week considering his 137 yards on 14 attempts with two touchdowns, including a 70-yard touchdown run that put the Browns up 31-10 and likely squashed whatever hope the Bengals had of a comeback.
When will the other Roster Update player rating changes be revealed?
As previously mentioned, things got changed up last week due to EA's goal of highlighting the midway point of the season and how ratings had changed since launch.
However, as of now it looks like they're back on schedule for this week, and that means we should expect more ratings adjuster videos featuring Ochocinco.
While the exact time they've shown up has varied, as has the account where they're posted (The Checkdown, NFL, and EA Madden NFL have all been used), we can expect them on Thursday, November 11, 2021 between Noon ET and 5pm ET.
Once the initial reveals are made like this, we tend to see the full Madden 22 Roster Update go live in the Madden 22 ratings database between 6pm and 7pm ET each Thursday, but they have occasionally dropped it earlier in the day.
