Should You Pull For Navia or Ayaka in Genshin Impact 4.3?

Genshin Impact: Navia and Ayaka

Genshin Impact: Navia and Ayaka

Genshin Impact 4.3, as always, will bring a lot of new content to the game including the new 5-star, Navia. Together with her, the first half of the update will be shared by one of the best damage dealers, Ayaka. Both of these characters are worthy of your Primogems, so next we will tell you whether you should pull for Navia or Ayaka in Genshin Impact version 4.3.

Version 4.3 is the debut of Navia, which may well take the S-tier among all damage dealers. In other words, you have to make a rather difficult choice between strong Geo and Cryo heroes. But let's first have a look at their strengths and weaknesses.

But before that, feel free to take a look at our guide on how to get Wings of Transient Dreams in Genshin Impact. On top of that, you can also read our article on how to obtain Everamber in Genshin Impact.

Navia is a 5-star Geo character who uses Claymore. And even though she is the president of the Spina di Rosula, she is excellent in battle. For example, one of her passive skills increases her ATK by 20% for each Pyro, Electro, Cryo, and Hydro party member. This skill can stack up to two times, so making the Main DPS build for Navia will be straightforward.

In addition, after her Elemental Skill, she deals Geo damage to any of her attacks. It is not possible to overwrite by another Elemental Infusion, so she can fight alongside the “corsed” Constellation Six Bennett without any problems.

However, Navia can only deal massive damage. Therefore, she is only suitable for the role of damage dealer. Another shortcoming, albeit temporary, is the lack of complete information about her abilities. Although the developers showed Navia's kit on the stream, the scaling of her talents is still unknown.

Ayaka pros & cons

Ayaka is a 5-star Cryo character who uses swords. She is by far one of the best Damage Dealers in Genshin Impact. At the same time, she is very variable.

One of the main advantages of Ayaka is the cheapness of her build. It applies to both the team comp and its weapons. For example, you can easily assemble an effective team of Anemo Traveler, Ayaka, Barbara, and Kaeya. As for weapons, the best 4-star option for her is the craftable Amenoma Kageuchi.

However, Ayaka also has several weaknesses, namely elemental burst and Energy. She deals most of her damage using her elemental burst. But if you miss, you will deal significantly less damage than you could. And since her elemental burst is expensive, you need to invest in Energy Recharge.

Well, both characters in the first half of version 4.3 update are excellent damage dealers. And Navia may even be able to beat Ayaka's damage ceiling after release. Therefore, they both deserve to be pulled in future banners.

But if you lost 50/50 on the last banners, you should choose the one you like best, both in terms of gameplay and design. Also, you might want to save some of the Primogems for Shogun in the second half of the update. Or, you can wait for the release of Clorinde or Sigewinne, of course, if you can control your gacha addiction.
