Genshin Impact continues to add a wide variety of new characters and content with each update.
Previously, developer miHoYou released a roadmap that stated there'd be about six weeks between each version.
With Update 1.3 coming up, it looks like we've got a bit of information on a new character besides the confirmed Xiao who may be making their way to the game.
Genshin Impact Hu Tao Skills and Abilities
Genshin Impact's latest leaked character is reportedly Hu Tao.
Hu Tao's normal attack is a devastating affair on its own, with six shots firing off to bring enemy HP down quickly.
She also has a fall attack where she lands and causes AoE damage when hitting the ground, affecting unfortunate enemies around her.
Hu Tao's Other Side of Butterfly Dance can raise her attack power depending on the amount of HP she has left, and her Blood Plum ability lets her deal fire damage to enemies every four seconds.
Blood Stove Fire will offer a 25% increase in bonus if Hu Tao's health is equal or less than 50%.
Finally, Hu Tao's The More The Better ability offers an 18% chance of extra food with the "Strange" quality.
Could Hu Tao appear in Genshin Impact Update 1.3?
miHoYo has yet to confirm whether Hu Tao is going to appear with Genshin Impact's Update 1.3.
According to Genshin Impact leaker @nep_impact, there's a chance that Hu Tao could appear as the third banner character in Update 1.3.
Previously, miHoYou revealed that the Xiao banner would remain in the game for two weeks as well as the Keqing banner.
With two weeks left before Update 1.4 rolls around, this leaves the perfect time for Hu Tao to appear.
It's unclear whether this will occur or not at this time as miHoYo has not offered any official comment.
Genshin Impact Update 1.3 is set to debut around February 3.
