A record-equalling 91st win and a firm grip on a seventh World Drivers' Championship is not enough to keep Lewis Hamilton from the Codemasters ratings adjustments in F1 2020.

The latest update has dropped the British maestro!

F1 2020 driver updates

Codemasters has published new driver ratings off the back of recent performances in real life.

These will go out into the game immediately. Who are the big movers?

Lewis Hamilton

This is a truly bizarre one. Sure, Hamilton hasn't been all-conquering in even session, but he's won seven of the 11 races this year and claimed eight pole positions.

The big hit has been to his awareness (-5), which is probably from his failure to see that the pitlane was closed in Monza. Still, it seems like a very harsh drop for a driver that is still untouchable in Formula 1.

Pierre Gasly

The main beneficiary of Hamilton's error in Italy was Pierre Gasly, who took an emotional maiden win in F1.

The young Frenchman has been of the stars of this season, and gets a deserved boost to his rating.

He gets a +2 to his rating, with his pace (+2) and awareness (+3) getting the major upgrades.

Charles Leclerc

It's been more of the same from Charles Leclerc, who continue to impress in Ferrari's struggling car.

His pace goes up to 95, putting him #3 in that category.

While his rating has only seen a +1, he's trending up while teammate Sebastian Vettel is very much not.
