If the previous two methods didn't work then it's time to bust out the good ol' social media, in this case, Twitter.

If you're a non-PC user, you can check your designated console's network status. By going to either Xbox Live's, PlayStation's, or Nintendo's server status website, you can check if there are any ongoing server issues with the respective networks.
