Genshin Impact 3.1 Nilou & Albedo Banners COUNTDOWN: Release Time, Characters, & Weapons

The second phase of Genshin Impact 3.1 is just around the corner, as the game's new update cycle means updates will now land on Fridays.

The Genshin Impact 3.1 banners will include the debut of Nilou, the Sabzeruz Dancer, and the rerun of Albedo. Additionally, we will have three new weapons and the return of the Jade Cutter.

Join us below as we count down to the Nilou and Albedo banner release times in Genshin Impact 3.1 with all the latest news about the update!

Genshin Impact Albedo & Nilou Banners Release Date

The Genshin Impact Nilou & Albedo Banners will go live along with the second phase of Genshin Impact 3.1 on October 14, 2022, around 11 am Server Time (Chinese Standard Time).

For different regions, the update will arrive at the following times:

• October 14, 2022, 5pm GMT
• October 14, 2022, 6 pm EST
• October 14, 2022, 3 pm PT

Genshin Impact 3.1 will feature four banners consecutively for the first time, a tendency that may repeat in future patches as the roster of characters increases.

• Twirling Lotus: This banner will feature Nilou, a 5-star Hydro Sword Character.
• Secretum Secretorum: This banner is the rerun banner of Albedo, the 5-star Geo Sword User.

The following 4-star characters complete these banners.

• Xiangling - 4-star Pyro, Polearm User
• Beidou - 4-star Electro, Claymore User
• Barbara - 4-star Hydro, Claymore User.

Genshin Impact 3.1 Second Phase Weapon Banner Details

Along with these new character banners, Genshin Impact 3.1 is also receiving its second weapon banner that features the following 5 and 4-star weapons:

• Key of Khaj-Nisut – 5-star Sword
  • Nilou's signature sword is designed as a weapon from ancient Egypt Civilization.
  • The weapon is niche as stats and passive are based on the Max HP of the character.
• Primordial Jade Cutter – 5-star Sword
  • A sword made with green and back ores is part of the Jade Series from Liyue.
  • Primordial Jade Cutter is a powerful weapon with a high Crit. Rate and Damage boost, suitable for most DPS and sub-DPS characters.

The following 4-stars complete the second weapon banner:

• Sacrificial Bow - Bow
• Dragon's Bane - Polearm
• Rainslasher - Claymore
• Two new 4-star weapons:
  • Xiphos' Moonlight - Sword
  • Wandering Evenstar - Catalyst
