TOTS Swaps Key Dates
The TOTS Swaps landed on Friday, 6 May at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, at the same time as the Premier League TOTS.
You will be able to redeem the tokens between Friday, 20 May and Friday, 27 May, when the Swaps SBCs are launched in the hub.

Before we advise on what rewards are best to go for, let's take a look at what is on offer.
There are 25 tokens on offer throughout TOTS Swaps Set 1.

Best Reward Picks
It may be tempting to trade in your tokens for one of the two Prime Icon Moments players, but we're here to tell you - DON'T DO IT!
The only reason you should do so is if they are the missing link in your current best squad.
Yes, they are Prime Icon Moments cards, but they are also on the lower end of the ratings for that group, and not unreasonably expensive to get hold of off the market.
Premium Pick
If you are to go for one of the premium rewards, it should definitely be the Premier League TOTS 1 of 3 Player Pick.
Not only do we think this is possibly the best reward of the lot, but you can also combine it with a guaranteed TOTS pack from both the Eredivisie and EFL (or Saudi) leagues!

Pack Pick
With Icon Swaps we are always a big fan of the big pack picks, with the 25 x 84+ Rare Players Pack the only variation of that in TOTS Swaps.
This would be our second top suggestion, as it works well with trying to dig for multiple special cards in one pack.
You can combine it with the Premier League TOTS Player Pack too, to guarantee you see at least one Team of the Season player!

If you're feeling especially lucky, you can go all-in on the TOTS packs and hope that chance is on your side.
