The FUT Fantasy promo is going strong in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, with the Team 1 cards available in packs right now, alongside the Icon Swaps 2 campaign.
After a GIANT Ultimate Team mishap involving Eriksen last week, EA has provided an update on what will happen to the Denmark international's special card.

EA has admitted to making yet another mistake in Ultimate Team, stating the following:
"The Brentford 82 OVR version of the Christian Eriksen Player Item was incorrectly updated to the Fantasy FUT version of the Item."
Anyone who received the 90 OVR FUT Fantasy Eriksen will keep that version in their club and the 82 OVR base card has now returned to packs instead.
EA has confirmed that Fantasy FUT Eriksen will be treated like any other Fantasy FUT Item when it comes to potential upgrades.
You can now use FUT Fantasy Eriksen in all Ultimate Team game modes with no matchmaking issues.

The FUT community shockingly discovered that EA has released the first Fantasy FUT card before the brand new campaign has even kicked off.
It looks like anybody with a Christian Eriksen already in their club has seen their item converted to the Fantasy FUT version.
Any tradeable Fantasy FUT Eriksen's have a maximum 10,000 bin price and discard for in-form price.
We believe that this must be a mistake from EA as the card has been released before the new promo even started and with no announcement from EA Sports.
We suspect EA was set to release the free Eriksen card along with the start of the campaign, in celebration of his return to football after suffering from serious health issues at Euro 2020.
How to claim Fantasy FUT Eriksen
It's important to note that you will need to have an Eriksen already in your club at the time of the EA error to get the Fantasy FUT version.
In order to claim the 90-rated Eriksen card, you'll need to follow these simple steps:
- Turn on your console and launch FIFA 22.
- Once you are on FIFA 22, open Ultimate Team.
- Head to your club and search for special card items.
Fantasy FUT Christian Eriksen should be waiting in your club for you to add to your squad.

EA has revealed the FUT Fantasy Team 1 squad, with the new set of promo cards now available in packs.
Some incredible cards have been included in Team 1 and of course, they all have the potential for further upgrades too.
Manchester United star Marcus Rashford headlines the squad with an incredible 93 OVR card that boasts 97 pace, 92 shooting and 90 dribbling.
Fellow five-star skiller and Premier League footballer Allan Saint-Maximin has also been given an outrageous upgrade, with a 92 OVR striker card that provides great French links.
The likes of Lukas Klostermann, John Stones and Donny Van De Beek have been given giant upgrades too.
