The requirements are as follows:
France
- Minimum one France player
- Minimum one TOTW player
- Minimum 83 Team Rating
- Minimum 80 Team Chemistry

LaLiga
- Minimum one LaLiga player
- Minimum one TOTW player
- Minimum 84 Team Rating
- Minimum 75 Team Chemistry
1 x Small Electrum Players Pack

Worth it?
Yeah, this card looks pretty nice!
It may not be what a lot of players were wanting, namely another pacey player, but Etienne Capoue's TOTGS card can dominate the midfield.
The only weakness in the stats is that he isn't as quick as players may like, however that can quickly be fixed by adding a Shadow to him.
Even on Basic chemistry, he has the attributes of a 91-rated plater, which can increase to that of a 93-rated one on the right chem style.
He will be a great option as a CM or CDM, but could even be used as a CB.
His French nationality elevates this card, as you will find many links to top players who are French.
Playing in La Liga will also give some strong options, despite not having as many top players as in previous seasons.
