World of Warcraft: Dragonflight's pre patch is well underway, introducing several new features. However, that wasn't all as following that up will be even more pre patch content with a second phase.

For World of Warcraft, pre patches serve as players' preparation time. Get acclimated to some of the new changes, maybe level up the upcoming new class or race—it's testing the new expansion's waters before it actually releases.

This time around, though, for Dragonflight, the pre patch content was separated into two phases: Phase One and Phase Two.

UPDATED - The official WoW Dragonflight Pre Patch Phase 2 Patch Notes have been revealed

The official patch notes for phase two of the Dragonflight pre-patch have been revealed.

These include the Dracthyr, and its race-specific class, the Evoker, the starting zone for that new race and class, the Forbidden Reach, a new dungeon, Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr, and kick off the pre-patch's official event, as well as other changes.

When does World of Warcraft: Dragonflight Pre Patch Phase 2 release?

World of Warcraft: Dragonflight pre patch phase two releases on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, nearly two weeks before the new expansion officially launches.

This second phase will come with the bulk of the content players normally expect from a pre patch.

ALMOST HERE: Dragonflight inches closer and closer with it's pre patch

The first phase of the World of Warcraft: Dragonflight pre patch was released on Tuesday, October 25, and brought with it the Talent System revamp, changes to the Heads-up Display User Interface (HUD UI), and accessibility features, and Rated Solo Shuffle as well as the new Class and Race combinations. It mainly focused on feature revamping and adding.

Phase two, on the other hand, brings on new content for players to enjoy. This includes the Dracthyr, and its race-specific class, the Evoker, the starting zone for that new race and class, the Forbidden Reach, a new dungeon, Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr, and kick off the pre patch's official event, Primal Storms.

Once phase two launches, players will be able to level up their Dracthyr Evokers, traverse through the new dungeon, and get up to speed in the Primal Storms event prior to the new expansion's release.

Dragonflight goes live on Monday, November 28, 2022, via a global launch.
