According to the app's description, Bodycombat will feature 2 coaches, Dan Cohen and Rachael Newsham, who are there to guide you through a series of punch moves and knee strikes in a virtual, boxing-themed environment.

There are 30 workouts in total, ranging from beginner to advanced level, and each session takes place in one of five virtual settings including Mars, Neo City, Rome, Japan, and Tundra, with more on the way.
