EXOTIC WEAPONS - What's the deal with these?
At the moment, we don't have a lot of information about the newly-announced Exotic 3D Weapon Skins coming to Rainbow Six Siege in Y6S4 - Operation High Calibre. All we know at the moment is that they're going to be a new rarity of Weapon Skins that should be a little more "out there" than what we've seen in the past.
They could be tied to Elite Skin Bundles or sold separately for certain weapons, only time will tell. These will offer animated visuals and unique designs, but Ubisoft is keeping tight-lipped about what Exotic 3D Weapon Skins we're actually going to be seeing in the future.
If you head to the end of this Operation High Calibre Reveal video, you can get a glimpse of what's on offer.
Operation High Calibre is going to launch within the next month and feature a new playable Operator - Thorn - and a new rework to Outback. There's also going to be a number of mechanical changes that will affect any Operator with a Drone or a Camera Gadget. Finka's Adrenal Surge is also getting a minor buff that should help with her viability.
We expect Ubisoft's pre-season Y6S4 Designer's Notes to drop soon - but we can't say for sure when. No official release date for Operation High Calibre has been announced yet.
