The release of the Playstation 5 is right around the corner, with the console launching on November 12th/19th depending on the country.
Games such as Spider-Man Miles Morales, Demon's Souls, and Godfall will be launching alongside the new system.
Some of these titles will also support native keyboard and mouse control.
Keyboard and Mouse
In a blog post by Sony titled "PS5: The Ultimate FAQ" it was confirmed that keyboard and mouse will be supported on the Playstation 5.
"Yes, USB and Bluetooth keyboards and mice are supported at a system level, though game developers will decide whether to support at a game level."
Not all games will support keyboard and mouse though and the decision to include it as an input method lies with the development team.
The keyboard and mouse can be connected through either Bluetooth or USB.
The console comes with both a USB-C and USB-A port so most modern keyboards will work.
So far there hasn't been any confirmed Playstation 5 games that support keyboard and mouse, but games such as Fortnite and Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War/Warzone will support it.
These games run using backwards compatibility with the PS4 version so the support remains the same.

Playstation 4 games will continue to support keyboard and mouse like they do on the current system.
Surprisingly, games such as Doom Eternal didn't have keyboard and mouse support included, strange considering FPS games are where the most benefit would be found.

- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
- Final Fantasy XIV
- War Thunder
- Elder Scrolls Online (keyboard only)
- Neverwinter (keyboard only)
