Erling Haaland (OVR 92)
Despite playing three league games fewer than everybody else, Manchester City's letha pair Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne are the front runners for April's Premier League POTM award.
Haaland's six goals and two assists, including three crucial goal contributions against Arsenal, could earn him an incredible 92 OVR Player of the Month card with 95 Shooting, 93 Pace and 91 Physicality.
Kevin De Bruyne (OVR 94)
Belgian midfield maestro Kevin De Bruyne registered three goals and four assists in four appearances to help City leapfrog the Gunners to go top of the league.
The world-class central midfielder could be rewarded with a 94 OVR POTM item that could boast an astonishing 97 Passing as well as 91 Dribbling and 91 Shooting.
Callum Wilson (OVR 86)
Newcastle number nine Callum Wilson is on fire at the moment and is perhaps the closest competitor to the two Man City players this month.
The England international scored eight goals in seven matches for the Magpies and managed to pick up one assist too.
Diogo Jota (OVR 89)
Portuguese forward Diogo Jota returned from his lengthy injury in style with five goals and two assists to his name in seven appearances in April.
Should the Reds winger claim the Premier League POTM award, he could be given an 89 OVR special item that possesses 90 Pace, 89 Dribbling and 88 Shooting as well as a five-star weak foot.
Alexander Isak (OVR 87)
Alexander Isak is the second Newcastle player on the list of nominees. The Swedish summer singing netted four goals and provided one assist in April.
Whilst his striker partner Callum Wilson is definitely ahead of him in the race for the award, Isak's POTM item could reach 87 OVR with 91 Dribbling, 90 Pace and 87 Shooting.
Eberechi Eze (OVR 86)
Eberechi Eze has been sensational for a rejuvenated Crystal Palace side under Roy Hodgson this month. The English playmaker scored four goals as his team won four matches from six.
Eze wouldn't be the most popular POTM winner among FUT players, with his 86 OVR card likely falling well below the power curve of the current game.
Dominic Solanke (OVR 85)
Like Eze, Dominic Solanke's potential Player of the Month item would barely be usable in Ultimate Team, with squads now packed full of Team of the Season (TOTS) cards.
The Bournemouth striker does deserve a shout-out, though, after he registered three goals and three assists in seven league matches.
Ollie Watkins (OVR 88)
27-year-old Ollie Watkins continues to fire for Unai Emery's Aston Villa. The striker bagged another five goals in April as well as one assist.
We expect Watkins to miss out on the April Player of the Month award but the number nine is reportedly in line to receive a special Premier League TOTS item.
