UPDATED Warzone Pacific Season 2 COUNTDOWN: Update Release Time, Download Size, & Patch Notes

Warzone Pacific Season 2 is now here, adding some much needed new content to the game. You'll find new guns and two new POIs to jump into. Here's everything you need to know about Warzone Pacific Season 2, including the update's release time.

Latest - Update Download Size

Thanks to the preload feature on PlayStation consoles, we know how big the Warzone Season 2 update download size is.

On PS5, the update is coming in at 14.058 GB, with you needing more than 100GB of free space available to download it.

While not confirmed yet, that size should be similar on other platforms too, if possibly a little larger on PC.

Warzone Pacific Season 2 Release Time & Date

Warzone Season 2 goes live today, on Monday, February 14th.

Players can expect the update to go live at 12 pm ET/5pm GMT.

Warzone Pacific Season 2 Patch Notes (Highlights)

Activision revealed the patch notes for Warzone's second season. These patch notes are led by new features such as the Nebula V, Redeploy Balloons, two new POIs, and more.

• New Ammo and Bombs: Nebula V
• New POIs: Chemical Factory, Underground Chemical Weapon Research Labs
• New Vehicles: Armored Transport Trucks
• New Deployment: Redeploy Balloon

• New Weapons: KG M40 Assault Rifle, Whitley LMG

Warzone Pacific Season 2 Battle Pass

With every new Warzone update comes a new Battle Pass and for this one, it's expected to be similar to Season One in terms of pricing and bundles.

The new Battle Pass will give players a plethora of free rewards to unlock. Although not required to purchase, some of the best rewards are only available after buying in.

If you're looking to take part in Warzone Specific Season 2's Battle Pass, there are two options:

1. 1,000 CoD Points - the standard version of the pass, players can unlock all 100 Tiers as they progress through, rewarding players with over 100 items.
2. 2,400 CoD Points - players will skip the first 20 Tiers while still unlocking the rest of the 100 as they progress through, rewarding players with over 100 items. They will also be receive a bonus Legendary Skin for Wade Jackson.
