Official images of the new Nike Dunk High "I Got Next" colourway have been revealed, leaving many fans wondering when Nike might announce a release date for these sneakers.

Although Nike has a hand in pretty much every sport, as evidenced by the upcoming Jackie Robinson-themed Lows that celebrate a legendary baseball career, basketball is very much at the forefront of the brand.

As a result, the "I Got Next" name is a nod to a phrase often used by basketball teams looking to play the next game on the court.

With that being said, here's everything we know about this upcoming Dunk High release so far...

According to reports, these Dunk Highs will likely drop at some point in 2022, perhaps even in the coming months; however, the latter is yet to be confirmed by the brand.

The uppers are primarily constructed out of light blue and turquoise hues, contrasted by light grey elements across the medial and lateral sides.

Interestingly, you get inverted Nike Swooshes here too, with the medial sides featuring a slightly darker grey, while the laterals feature a navy blue tone accented by water droplets likely to be a nod to sweat when playing.

Another unique detail featured on these Dunks is the "I Got Next" phrase which is printed on the lower lateral heels and across the dark blue insoles.

You then get Nike branding on the tongue tabs and in the middle of the icy blue, translucent rubber outsoles to round off the design of these Dunks in celebration of the game of basketball and some of the best basketball shoes around.

Nike Dunk High I Got Next Price

Much like the release date, Nike is yet to confirm the retail price for a pair of these "I Got Next" high-tops.

Generally speaking, Dunk Highs can cost anywhere between $100 and $150, so we feel the "I Got Next" release will likely fall somewhere in this price range.

One thing we do know though is that these sneakers will be released in full-family sizing, meaning smaller, and subsequently cheaper, kids sizes will be made available once these Dunks drop.

Where To Buy The Nike Dunk High I Got Next

We believe one of the first places you'll find a listing for these "I Got Next" Highs is at the Nike store, presumably under the new releases or the Dunk sneakers subsections.

We'd also recommend signing up for the push notifications once a listing goes live on the SNKRS app or page so you're completely prepared for their upcoming arrival.

You could also try the resale market at StockX if your initial attempt at purchasing a pair is unsuccessful come release day.
