The long-rumoured Air Jordan 2 x Maison Château Rouge collaboration has been revealed, leaving many fans wondering if Nike has announced a release date yet.
With the addition of these special edition sneakers, 2022 looks to be one of the busiest years yet for the Jordan 2 silhouette, especially with several other collaborations including the Titan 22 and Nina Chanel Abney releases on the horizon.

When Is The Air Jordan 2 x Maison Château Rouge Release Date?
After originally keeping the release date under wraps, Nike News revealed that the Maison Château Rouge was set to drop on 24 June 2022.
That means the sneakers are available now, so make sure you act fast to secure your pair before they sell out.
Air Jordan 2 x Maison Château Rouge Design
Much of Maison Château Rouge's work is inspired by African art, and this Jordan 2 release is no different, with the central motif prominently displayed across the sneaker's custom Michael Jordan x United Youth International insoles.
The rest of the shoes combine vibrant orange and yellow hues with more muted off-white and grey tones.
More specifically, the uppers appear to be made from off-white tumbled leather, with light grey overlays arriving across the eyestays and heel guards.
Bright orange and yellow lines then run from the front to the back of the sneakers before reaching some DIY-esque stitching which merges with the orange heel counters.
On the topic of the heels, you'll find Nike's branding displayed on the left sneaker, while the right features Maison Château Rouge's logo instead.
To round off the branding, you get the usual Jordan 'Wings' insignias in yellow on the tongues, while the inner linings come dressed in a much darker burgundy tone to round off this highly unique design.

The Maison Château Rouge collaboration retails for $200 in adult sizing and around $65 in some of the junior sizes.
