PS5 news today March 22: Fall Guys Season 4 and stock updates

It is the start of a new week, which means fresh PS5 news.

This week sees the launch of Fall Guys Season 4 and the release of some brand new games.

Fall Guys Season 4 Arrives Today

Fall Guys Season 4 kicks off today, bringing the game into the future along with new levels, skins, and a Squads mode.

New Games This Week

This week isn't the busiest in terms of game releases, which is is stark contrast to this week last year when the likes of Animal Crossing: New Horizons and DOOM Eternal released on the same day.

Evil Inside

March 25th will see the release of Evil Inside, a new first-person psychological horror game that is set to release on both PS4 and PS5.

Here is some more information on the game.

"After the death of his mother and the arrest of his father for it, our protagonist Mark tries to contact her through the Spiritual board, which explodes mysteriously and causes Mark to fade away. That's where it all began: a series of paranormal events will torment him while he tries to gather the fragments of the Spiritual board and thus, find what is really happening."

March 26th is a busier day as Balan Wonderworld, It Takes Two, and the next-gen version of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 Remastered will all be released.

Balan Wonderworld

Balan Wonderworld is a brand new platformer from the masterminds behind the Sonic and Nights series.

Led by the enigmatic maestro named Balan, the stars of the show Emma and Leo will use special abilities from a multitude of characterful costumes as they adventure in the bizarre and imaginary land of Wonderworld. Twelve different tales await our stars in the Wonderworld, each with their own unique quirks. They will explore all corners of these labyrinthine stages, filled with a myriad of tricks and traps, to get to the heart of each story."

It Takes Two

It Takes Two is a new co-op adventure game from the studio behind A Way Out and is also published by EA.

"Embark on the craziest journey of your life in It Takes Two, a genre-bending platform adventure created purely for co-op. Invite a friend to join for free with Friend’s Pass and work together across a huge variety of gleefully disruptive gameplay challenges.

THPS 1+2

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 Remastered is a remake of the classic PS1 titles that brought skateboarding to the mainstream in the late 90s.

The game has been completely remade from the ground up and keeps everything we love about the games in tact.

Overall the game is the best the series has been since its glory days and is a true return to form, hopefully we get THPS 3+4 in the future.

PS5 Stock Update

If you're waiting to be able to secure the next-gen system you may have to wait until at least tomorrow.
