Diamond Dynasty continues to see some slight shakeups compared to the way things went last year, and that also rings true for the MLB The Show 22 April Monthly Awards program.
In the past, we'd seen a separate Monthly Awards Program each month offered in addition to the standalone Topps Now program.
They've chosen to combine the two this year, and you actually earn the Topps Now players as you work towards the Monthly Awards cards.
While the Topps Now players were trickled out over the past few weeks, everything is finally live now and we've learned all the players chosen to get an April Monthly Awards card.
The following players have a new April Monthly Awards card now in Diamond Dynasty:
- Victor Arano (RP) - 88 OVR - Washington Nationals
- J.P. Crawford (SS) - 88 OVR - Seattle Mariners
- Pablo Lopez (SP) - 88 OVR - Miami Marlins
- Owen Miller (2B) - 88 OVR - Cleveland Guardians
- Joc Pederson (LF) - 88 OVR - San Francisco Giants
- Jordan Romano (CP) - 88 OVR - Toronto Blue Jays
- Ty France (1B) - 90 OVR - Seattle Mariners
- Taylor Ward (RF) - 90 OVR - Los Angeles Angels
- Kyle Wright (SP) - 90 OVR - Atlanta Braves
Anthony Rizzo was also chosen as the Lightning Monthly Awards player this month, and we've got more details on his card here.
In the past, all the Monthly Awards players were unlocked as part of the reward track and the Lightning player at the top, but that also shifted this year with players unlocking just 5 of the 9 Monthly Awards players to snag Rizzo.
However, the remaining players are unlockable in the final stage of the program for anyone who wants to snag them all for your collections.
How to Complete for all April Monthly Awards Program Rewards
Now that the full program has been revealed, we've got details on all of the rewards available in the MLB The Show 22 April Monthly Awards Program.
Your primary method of completing this program will be working through the Topps Now and eventually April Monthly Awards moments.
However, players can also make progress by using Topps Now and Monthly Awards players in games to earn Parallel XP for those cards.
Finally, be sure not to sell your Topps Now or Monthly Awards cards when unlocked, as they are required in order to advance in the program and snag all the top prizes.
