Snapchat has been reported as down by thousands of users, with reports first starting around 12:30pm EST.
This timing matches the window of many other services going down - a list including Spotify, Apex Legends, Discord, Pokemon Go, and plenty more.
The Snapchat social media team has yet to comment on the issues users are experiencing, and with the possible widespread outage going on, we expect these issues will keep up for some time.
While the Snapchat technical team is likely on the case trying to figure out why servers have gone down, it could be a much bigger problem than just Snapchat servers.
