It's been a rough week for Destiny 2 PVP players, and it won't be getting any better with Trials of Osiris staying disabled this week.
Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris Disabled
This will make the second week in a row players will not be able to complete in the weekly content of Trials of Osiris.
This mews immediately follows the first time Trials of Osiris was disabled, mere hours after the weekly 27 November rewards had been announced. Bungie revealed that Trials of Osiris was to be disabled, but didn't give an exact reason beyond a technical issue.
These delays are now pushing into this week, and the new expected return date is pushed back all the way to 18 December.
What's Stopping Trials of Osiris?
Destiny 2 players still haven't received word on the exact issue Bungie discovered, but there are many theories that it is around an in-game exploit.
While the Bungie team has worked on the problem for more than a week, it seems no progress has been made. As a result, Trials of Osiris remains on the backburner, and players looking to PVP in Destiny 2 have been left in the dark once more.
In the meantime, Destiny 2 has plenty of other content for players to explore. This includes new expansion content from Beyond Light, as well as weekly content from the Weekly Reset.
On top of this, there's new content from Xur which players can pick up until Tuesday.
Destiny 2 Weekly Reset
While Trials of Osiris is disabled, players should look to the Weekly Reset to find some other things to do to progress.
The Weekly Reset includes all kinds of new content and goals to achieve.
The new Destiny 2 Weekly Reset landed on 1 December. It includes new weekly bounties, new Crucible Rotator Playlists, new Eververse Bright Dust Offerings, new Legacy Activities, and more.
This combined with Destiny 2's Daily Reset schedule means you'll never be light for content.
