Cricket 22 is out NOW, and with the Ashes set to begin next week cricket fever could be about to grip the nation.
Australia will be heading into the series with their tails up after success in the World T20, so it could be a bleak winter for England!
Fear not though, as you can write your own script in Cricket 22 with a new improved Career Mode and reclaim the little urn yourself.

Big Ant Studios is extremely excited about their upcoming game, and we were fortunate enough to speak to Director of Development Mike Merren about all the new features.
With licenses arriving for the Big Bash League, Caribbean Premier League, and The Hundred, this year's game will offer a more immersive experience than ever before.
There are new features in the gameplay too, including a direct-hit mechanic in the field to liven things up in the ring.

Release Date
Cricket 22 was set to be released on Thursday, 25 November, however, factors beyond the control of Big Ant Studios have seen the release date pushed back one week to Thursday, 2 December.
A new cover star needed to be selected as Big Ant and the new Australia test captain Pat Cummins will now don the front cover.

After the news that Tim Paine has stepped down as Australia test captain, new skipper Pat Cummins has taken over as joint cover star for Cricket 22.
The Aussie fast bowler joins women's superstar Meg Lanning on the cover art for the delayed release of the game.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are still available for the official game of the Ashes on the PS and Microsoft Stores.
The Cricket 22 Pre-Order Bundle costs £49.99 / AU$99.95 and includes:
- Cricket 22 Nets Training at the MCG
- Batting and Bowling mini-games
- Online leaderboard
Pre-orders on Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox have had access to Cricket 22 'The Nets Challenge' from mid-October 2021.
This offers fans "early access to part of the Cricket 22 gameplay experience, including nets and training games, ensuring that by the day of release they’ll be ready to take on the best in the world."
Fans that buy the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be able to upgrade for free when they purchase the new generation of hardware.
Good news for Switch fans too, as Cricket 22 for Nintendo Switch will be available in January 2022.
