Kiyan was a talented 15-year-old playing for Queens Park Rangers until his life was tragically cut short in 2006 when he was stabbed whilst attempting to break up a fight at his school.
To mark the anniversary, EA has added Kiyan Prince to the QPR squad in FIFA 21.
Here comes the Prince
On 18th May, marking the 15th anniversary of his tragic death, Kiyan Prince returns to life as the professional footballer he should have been.
A talented 15-year-old, playing for Queens Park Rangers, Kiyan’s life was tragically cut short in 2006 when he was stabbed whilst attempting to break up a fight at his school.
On the books at QPR as a youth footballer, today he has been officially re-signed by his boyhood club!
Working with EA SPORTS FIFA, Kiyan Prince is now available to play as in the QPR squad, but only in kick-off and career mode.
Advanced AI technology virtually recreates Kiyan as the 30-year-old pro he’d be today.
Fulfilling his childhood dream, Kiyan will be officially re-signed by QPR and given the squad number 30, while being listed as a squad member on all match day programmes.
How to play with Kiyan Prince in FIFA 21
Kiyan Prince will be available in Kick-Off Mode and Career Mode in FIFA 21 from Tuesday, 18 May on PC and from 19 May on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles.
It looks as if the player has arrived as part of Title Update 15.
Players can access custom Kiyan Prince items through in-game objectives, including a Kiyan Prince Foundation Kit inspired by the 04/05 QPR home kit, and an honorary TIFO of Kiyan that appears every time a goal is scored.
The campaign has been created on a pro bono basis by ENGINE and all proceeds raised are going directly to Kiyan Prince Foundation.
Kiyan Prince FIFA 21 Rating
Despite only being rated 75 OVR in FIFA 21, EA has handed Kiyan Prince some pretty awesome stats for a striker.
85 sprint speed and 90 strength along with four-star skill moves will make him a usable player in career/kick-off mode for sure!
