New Class-Specific Gear Coming
We know Destiny 2 is a looter shooter, but guns aren't the only loot worth shooting for. There's also a fantastic selection of Armours and having a good Gear set is arguably more important than having a hard-hitting gun in Bungie's shooter.
We don't know the complete list of new content coming to Destiny 2 in Season 14 yet, but Bungie has shared the following about three new pieces of class-specific gear. These should help you become a bit more effective in combat, depending on your playstyle of course.
If you're a Hunter in Destiny 2, these are going to be a must-have. They help you charge your Super Ability faster and they make it that little bit more powerful.
" Allows Hunters to feast upon Orbs of Power, charging their Super more quickly and making it more potent."
The Path of Burning Steps
This one's for the Titans out there. Solar Eliminations are going to increase your damage output and increase your Stasis Resistance. Not bad at all.
" Titan armor that converts Solar eliminations into increased weapon damage and makes them more difficult to lock down with Stasis."
Boots of the Assembler
If you're playing a Support Warlock, these boots will help make you more effective in a fireteam. It also adds noble benefits to everything!
" Condenses a Warlock rifts’ healing or empowering energy into projectiles that seek out their allies to bless them with noble benefits."

Season 14 Season Pass Weapons
This might not surprise you, but there's going to be a few new weapons in the Destiny 2 Season 14 Season Pass Reward Track.
One of those is Mithrax's Cryosthesia 77k Exotic Stasis Sidearm, which is available on Day One with the Season Pass, but there's also a new Shotgun and a Heavy Machine Gun.
We don't know much about these but you can check them out below:
Umbral Engrams & Override Completions
If you're liking the new design of these weapons, Bungie has you covered! There's going to be a few more weapons that you can get your hands on through several means. You can check a few of them out below:
Mainly, these will be available through Umbral Engrams and Override completions. Here's how you can get an Umbral Engram and what you need to do to focus that Umbral Engram once you have one.
Override is the brand new six-player multiplayer mode that throws your Fireteam into the heart of the action Bungie is bringing to Season 14.
" Fireteams of six will use Splicer tech to hack the Vex Network. Uncover their secrets, steal their code, and user their power against them."
Null Composure Fusion Rifle
That's all well and good, but there's even more Legendary loot to get outside of the new Override mode.
When you start playing Season 14 in Destiny 2, you'll get a new quest that you will need to complete to earn the new Null Composure Fusion Rifle. You can check this out below:
Once you have it, there's going to be themed weapon ornaments up for grabs in Gambit, Crucible, and Vanguard throughout Season 14.
New Destiny 1 Endgame Weapons
There's going to be a total of 12 Legendary weapons to earn through post-game activities. Four will be available as rewards for Gambit, four for Crucible, and four for Vangaurd.
If you're a fan of Destiny 1, you might recognise a few of them. You can check out a handful of the newly-added Destiny 1 weapons below:
" Some of the best feelings in Destiny are those moments where you uncover a sweet weapon with the perfect perk combination. Want an Auto Rifle that gains extra damage after defeating an enemy with a grenade? How about a Sniper that’s quick on the draw, but can also be rolled with Dragonfly? Every Season invites interesting choices and new playstyles."
Grandmaster Nightfall Weapons & More
If you thought that was it, Bungie wasn't even finished. There's going to be Adept versions of the new Endgame weapons available from the Grandmaster Nightfalls that you'll be able to play alongside all the new Season 14 content.
These Grandmaster Nightfalls don't start again until June 22nd though, so you have a bit of time for these ones.
" Like last Season, each weapon will be on a weekly rotation in Nightfall playlists. Upping the difficulty will give you a higher drop chance as you search for desired rolls."
Oh, if you thought that was it there's also this little statement...
" Now, here’s the part where we say, “and more.” There are still more weapons left for you to discover as you play."
Yep. There's going to be even more weapons to find in Destiny 2 Season 14.
