Depending on how you play, though, some may no longer be available in your game.
Cyberpunk 2077 Meredith Stout
For players looking for romance in Cyberpunk 2077, Meredith Stout is a very popular option as one of the game's potential romantic arcs. It certainly isn't the most in-depth or lengthy arc, but it's one players chase nonetheless.
Players will first run into Meredith Stout during the story mission "The Pickup". Before the mission begins, players will have the option to talk to Meredith, which is an important step in making sure this romance arc is available in your game.

It doesn't matter which dialogue options you choose with Stout, but for "The Pickup", you'll have to do one of two things: Shoot Royce during your conversation, or use the infected credchip Meredith Stout gives to buy the Flathead unit.
As long as either of these things are done, you'll talk to Meredith Stout after the mission, and from there, Stout will call V for a No-Tell Motel meetup later on.
You can find Meredith Stout in the No-Tell Motel in room 6 waiting for you.

This will be the furthest your relationship can go with Meredith Stout, however, as there are no other long-term romantic options for her.
