Early access is live, and players are already looking forward to FC 25 Team of the Week 2 as EA prepares to welcome more fresh content to Ultimate Team.

Those who pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition have had the chance to add stars from Team of the Week 1 to their squads as they look to get up and running in the latest installment of the FC franchise, but TOTW 2 is next in line ahead of the game’s global release on September 27.

FC 25 TOTW 2 Release Date

An exciting week lies ahead for the EA FC community. FC 25 launches worldwide on Friday, but that’s not before Team of the Week 2 lands first.

The new set of informs will replace TOTW 1, which was tasked with kicking things off in style for Ultimate Team users as the likes of Lionel Messi, Lamine Yamal, and Gabriel Magalhaes all featured.

FC 25 TOTW 2 will land on Wednesday, September 25, at 6 pm BST/1 pm ET.

Here's who we think will be part of the TOTW 2 promo.

Luis Diaz - Liverpool

Liverpool responded well to their shock defeat against Nottingham Forest last week as Arne Slot’s men beat Bournemouth 3-0.

Luis Diaz was the star of the show, scoring twice in just two minutes to put the Reds well on their way to a fourth league win of the campaign. Diaz’s contribution means he has five goals in five this season, and it would be hugely surprising to see him left out of TOTW 2.

Nicolas Jackson - Chelsea

Nicolas Jackson ensured West Ham’s miserable start to the season continued after playing an instrumental role in Chelsea’s 3-0 win at the London Stadium.

The Senegal international found the net twice before setting up Cole Palmer in the second half to round off a solid display. While we feel that Jackson would be a deserved inclusion, it could depend on how generous EA feels after they left out Harry Kane in TOTW 1 despite the Englishman bagging a hat-trick and an assist.

Michael Olise - Bayern Munich

Many wondered how Michael Olise would handle the step up to Bayern Munich following his £50 million move from Crystal Palace, but the young Frenchman has taken to the Bundesliga like a duck to water.

With two goals and two assists in Bayern’s emphatic 5-0 win over Werder Bremen, the winger must be pretty much nailed on to make TOTW 2 with an impressive card.

Kiko Seike - Brighton

The 2024/25 Women’s Super League season has commenced, and it was a dream start for Brighton’s Kiko Seike, who became the first player in WSL history to score a hat-trick on her debut in the competition.

The Japanese forward scored three of Brighton’s four goals as they thrashed Everton, giving her every chance of making the cut for TOTW 2.

Ruben Neves - Al-Hilal

The attackers stole most of the limelight over the weekend, but midfielder Ruben Neves made a solid case to feature in TOTW 2 after providing two assists in Al-Hilal’s 3-1 win against Al-Ittihad.

It could have been a different outcome if it wasn’t for Neves’ creativity, but the Portuguese international was at his best to ensure his side secured all three points in a huge Saudi Pro League clash.
