Apex Legends Season 7: Steam version pre-loads now available

Season 7 of Apex Legends is almost upon us and we can’t wait for the new content that’s coming.

As of right now, those wishing to play the game through Steam can pre-load the game.

This means that, come tomorrow, you’ll be ready to play the game straight away!

Apex Legends is now available for those wishing to play the game through Steam to download.

The game’s preload means you’ll be ready and waiting to drop in first thing tomorrow, when Season 7 launches for all players.

Not only will the Steam version have cross-progression with the Origin version, but it will also come with some exciting cosmetics!

Users playing Apex legends on Steam will have the opportunity to unlock exclusive weapon charms based on Steam fan-favourite games.

These games include Portal and Half-Life and will help you stand out a little bit more in the new arena.

Season 7 itself for Apex Legends will bring in a host of exciting new changes to the game.

Firstly, we are getting another new map, as the Legends are jetting off to Olympus after a Star Wars-esque cutscene.

This new map brings with it a new character, Horizon, whose abilities are showcased in her player trailer here!

Also, Apex Legends players will be treated to their first vehicle, the Trident.

Seemingly an anti-grav styled vehicle, this should allow for fast rotations and getting in and out of fights as quickly as possible.

Season 7 of Apex Legends launches on November 4, and is available for free for all players.
