The Valorant Champions Tour is debuting its next chapter with the new event titled LOCK//IN!

An official Riot Games blog post has updated the community with all of the details that are needed.

This includes the teams, format, schedule, and where to watch links too.

Let's take a look at everything you must know to watch the VCT LOCK//IN and not miss out on any sick plays.

*UPDATED* New Leaks Show Rewards for LOCK//IN

Leaks from @ValorLeaks have shown some of the new rewards included for the event.

The leak didn't give much information about how these would be earned.

Valorant LOCK//IN Teams

The full list of teams has now been revealed by Riot and gives fans a good idea of what to expect when tuning in.

Teams come from the Americas, Pacific, EMEA leagues as well as two invited representatives from China.

Format

To ensure that communities are seeing a range of teams from different regions compete against each other, teams are randomly drawn.

Regions are paired up into 16 first-round match-ups with each team having two slots.

  • EMEA vs PACIFIC - 5 match-ups
  • AMERICAS vs PACIFIC - 5 match-ups
  • AMERICAS vs EMEA - 4 match-ups
  • CHINA vs AMERICAS - 1 match-up
  • CHINA vs EMEA - 1 match-up

Every team slot was assigned a random number from 1-10 for each team in attendance.

These 16 matchups were then distributed to two separate groups to ensure teams get equal opportunities.

Alpha Matches

  • AMERICAS vs PACIFIC - 3
  • EMEA vs PACIFIC - 2
  • EMEA vs AMERICAS - 2
  • CHINA vs EMEA -1


Omega Matches


  • AMERICAS vs PACIFIC - 2
  • EMEA vs PACIFIC - 3
  • EMEA vs AMERICAS - 2
  • CHINA vs AMERICAS - 1

Alpha Matches - February 13 -19

  • Alpha Matches will play out until two teams remain.
  • Each match will be a Best-of-Three.

Omega Matches - February 22 - 27

  • Omega Matches will play out until two teams remain.
  • Each match will be a Best-of-Three.

Finals Stage

  • The remaining four teams play through the Semifinals and Finals until a champion is crowned.
  • Matches in this stage will be Best-of-Five.
