OUT OF STOCK: Players are still unable to purchase the next-gen system

It is being reported by @Ps5Instant that Amazon and Argos are set to receive major shipments of the PS5 in the first week of March.

While Currys and Very are also expected to get stock in the first and last week of March.

With it being a major shipment we can expect multiple thousands of consoles to be sold.

GAME recently sold over 10,000 units from their latest shipment, although they quickly sold out as expected.

As PS5 Instant said in their tweet, "Don't give in to the scalpers, we're so close!"

The best thing to do is keep notifications on for stock alerts accounts on Twitter, such as Gfinity Deals, and set up e-mail alerts for every retailer.

However, if you're prepared to pay a lot more, which we highly recommend you don't, there are some other options.

CEX

CEX is a chain brand that sells used entertainment items from games, films, computer parts, mobile phones and more.

Because of this they don't have to follow pricing laws and can instead set their own laws.

They do sell both versions of the PS5, but be prepared to pay more than RRP for them.

At the time of writing the prices are:

Ebay

Like CEX, if you're prepared to pay more than RRP and aren't that bothered whether the box has been opened before, then Ebay is one place to consider.

One thing to note is, since you may be dealing with individual sellers there may be a risk involved, so be prepared for that before you bid/purchase.
