The PGA Tour 2K23 cover athlete has been revealed and we're excited to share both covers with you, each of which features the same athlete.
There's also some added good news as there have been two editions of the game revealed, the Standard Edition and the Deluxe Edition.

The PGA Tour 2K23 cover athlete has been revealed as Tiger Woods, who will grace both the Standard and Deluxe Edition of the game.
Although the exact details of each edition haven't been revealed yet, we're hoping to learn more about the game now that the cover has dropped.
This marks the return of Tiger Woods on the cover of a video game as he makes the PGA Tour 2K23 cover. As you can see, the Deluxe Edition has a mosaic pattern similar to an edition of NBA 2K22.
Now, let's take a look at the potential release date of the game.
Potential Release Date for PGA Tour 2K23
Considering PGA Tour 2K22 was shelved, we believed that we might receive PGA Tour 2K23 slightly faster but unfortunately, that's not the case.
The expected release date for the next installment is March of 2023, we found this out via a Take Two future releases tweet that confirmed the game.
As you can see there are a ton of reveals coming up but at least this shows that Take Two Studios is working on the game. However, it doesn't show which platforms it will come to.
We expect that at least PlayStation and Xbox next gen systems will get the game considering the PGA Tour 2K23 cover showed each console.
Confirmation Clip on upcoming news
Recently, we received even more news that there would be an update on the state of the upcoming title. This update is expected on August 22, 2022.
Hopefully, we'll learn more about how the PGA Tour 2K23 cover athlete weighs into the rewards. Perhaps you'll receive exclusive items with a pre order as well.
The list of golfers available should also be revealed soon and we hope that the game returns to the following platforms: PS4, Xbox One, PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch and Google Stadia.
