Konami is rolling out a fresh update at the start of every new football season to brush up on the emblems, strips and players of each team in eFootball 2023, according to the licence agreements.
The carryover process from the v2.0.0 update earlier this year for your in-game assets and data will take place in the coming days.
Table of Contents
Certain assets including eFootball Coins, Points, Base Team, Players, Managers and more that you owned prior to the v2.0.0 update will be carried over.
Key Dates
Konami has confirmed that the large-scale maintenance update will begin on Monday, 14 November.
The carryover process will go on for three days until Thursday, 17 November, by which time the in-game assets and other data should be carried over.
In-Game Assets
The following in-game assets will be carried over in v2.0.0:
- eFootball Coins
- eFootball Points
- All GP
- All Nominating Contracts
- All Chance Deals
- All Contract Renewals (60 Days)
- All Training Programs
If your chosen Avatar is available in v2.2.0, your Avatar setting will be carried over. However, if it is no longer available, your Avatar will be reset to default.
Your chosen settings listed below will carry over to v2.2.0.
- Username
- Country/Region
- Date of Birth
- Login Bonus
The status of your current ongoing Objectives, including your progress on certain tasks and completed tasks, will also carry over to v2.0.0.
Players
All players you have signed after the v2.1.0 update will be carried over to v2.2.0.
All Epic players are eligible for carryover.
Standard Player Cards
Standard Player Cards that are eligible for carryover will have their team/league updated.
In addition, other data such as Card Type, Level, Appearance, Position, Abilities, Skills, Playing Style, Team Playstyles and Duration of Contract will be carried over.

If the Standard Player Cards is ineligible for carryover, the player will be converted to the assets shown below.
- The amount of GP that would be spent to sign the Standard version of the player according to the value displayed in the "Standard Player List" prior to v2.1.0.
- A certain amount of Level Training Programs, to fulfil the amount of Experience the player had accumulated.
Featured Player Cards
All Legendary, Trending and Featured Player Cards that are eligible for carryover will have their data (team, league, abilities, etc.) carried over as-is.
If the Featured Player Card is ineligible for carryover, the player will be converted to the assets shown below.
- 1.5 times the amount of GP that would be spent to sign the Standard version of the player, according to the value displayed in the "Standard Player List" prior to v2.1.0.
- A certain amount of Level Training Programs, to fulfil the amount of Experience the player had accumulated.
Trending Player Cards
If the Trending Player Card is ineligible for carryover, the player will be converted to the assets shown below.
- 1.5 times the amount of GP that would be spent to sign the Standard version of the player, according to the value displayed in the "Standard Player List" prior to v2.1.0.
Legendary Player Cards
If the Legendary Player Card is ineligible for carryover, the player will be converted to the assets shown below.
- A Chance Deal that is guaranteed to sign a Legendary player *This Chance Deal has a validity of 180 days counting from the day the update goes live.
- A certain amount of Level Training Programs, to fulfil the amount of Experience the player had accumulated.
Managers
All managers you have signed after the v2.1.0 update will be carried over to v2.2.0.
Managers that are eligible for carryover will have their team and league updated to that shown on the "Managers Eligible for Carryover" page, which will be made available at a later date.

These managers will also have their Team Playstyle Proficiency and Coaching Affinity remain as-is.
Managers that are ineligible for carryover will be converted to the assets shown below.
- The amount of GP that would be spent to sign the manager according to the value displayed in the "Manager List" prior to v2.1.0.
