Victory over Liverpool on Sunday gave Chelsea hope.
They remain outsiders to secure a place in the Premier League's top four but, given the position they were in after defeat against Tottenham last month, that they are still in with a chance is impressive.
In midweek, the Blues play their penultimate game of the season, a chance to draw level on points with Liverpool. Attempting to stand in their way will be Huddersfield, who earned a point at champions Manchester City on Sunday.
David Wagner's side are not safe yet, however, and the German coach will be looking for a similarly resilient performance at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening. Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, meanwhile, will be demanding maximum professionalism.
