MLB The Show 23: The Kaiju Series is coming to Diamond Dynasty

One of the most exciting card series to ever be added to MLB The Show 23 is coming on Friday 12 May. Were are talking about the Kaiju Series, which arrives at Diamond Dynasty at around 11 AM PT/ 19 PM GMT.

Inspired by the gigantic Kaiju monsters, the Kaiju Series brings us the monsters of the MLB. The players who are capable of dominating the game, and destroy the hope of opposing fans. Just like the Kaiju monster, they are also incredibly powerful, and almost impossible to stop. This series is also part of Team Affinity Season 2

So, let's find out everything about the MLB The Show 23 Kaiju Series.

Kaiju Series

As mentioned above, the Kaiju Series is inspired by city-destroying monsters, who are incredibly powerful. Just like those monsters, the seven players the Kaiju Series brings us, are very powerful, and instil fear in their opponents' hearts.

The series will introduce plenty of new cards. They are a mix of legendary players and superstars of today's game. However, the best ones have two things in common. They all have a 97 OVR and some splendid attributes.

Worth noting that, there are also some lower OVR cards, but none of them has a rating lower than 90.

With the cards available in the Kaiju Series covering a plethora of different positions, players have plenty of options to choose from. Maybe you already have a great First Basemen, but you need a good closing pitcher. You can find him in the Kaiju Series.

The fantastic players that will be arriving at Diamond Dynasty through this series are Shawn Green, Corey Kluber, Brian Roberts, Blake Snell, George Brett, Monte Irvin, John Franco, Stephen Strasburg, and Billy Williams. All of these cards have a 97 OVR.

However, you also have 94 OVR Harold Baines, 95 OVR Joe Torre, 96 OVR Brandon Lowe and Hunter Renfroe. You also have lower-rated cards than these ones. They are, 90 OVR Jerry Hairston Jr and Mike Yastrzemski, 91 OVR Zack Britton, 92 OVR Keith Hernandez and David Robertson, and 94 OVR Warren Spahn.

These are all the cards we know will be coming in the Kaiju Series so far. Expect more cards to be announced in the future.

You will be able to earn these cards by progressing in the MLB The Show 23 season 2 XP path. It's still uncertain if they will also be available for purchase in the Show market. Or if the pack will be purchasable in the store.
