MLB The Show 21 is live for players who have pre-ordered the bonus editions, granting them Early Access.

If you weren't willing to splash the extra cash on one of the superior editions of MLB The Show 21 to get early access, the wait for full release is almost over.
We have less than 24 hours until the game arrives, with the title going live on Xbox Game Pass immediately.
So if you do wish to pre-order, you better move quick - but you may as well save the extra cash and wait for full release.

MLB The Show 21 is about to set the sports world on fire, and the signs are already there.
The game's pre orders are now open, and you can see all the details for each version and the links to pre order now below.

MLB The Show 21 Pre Order Bonuses
MLB The Show 21 returns to form with three different versions of the game that each have unique pre order rewards.
All three versions of MLB The Show 21 are currently available for pre-order.
If you're playing on PS4 or PS5, the process is streamlined as all versions of MLB The Show 21 are available for pre-order by clicking here.
Keep in mind that the Jackie Robinson and Digital Deluxe Edition are technically PS5-exclusive, but both come with the PS4 version of the game as well, so PS4 players will have the PS5 copy ready when they can upgrade to Next Gen.
The same goes for Xbox, as the Xbox Series X|S pre orders for the Jackie Robinson and Digital Deluxe Edition all include the Xbox One version of the game, whereas the standard editions for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S are separated.

MLB The Show 21 Release Date
MLB The Show 21 finally has an official release date, coming out on Tuesday, 20 April.
If you take advantage of grabbing the Jackie Robinson Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition on pre order as noted above, you can play as soon as April 16 thanks to Early Access.

Xbox Game Pass gets Standard Edition at launch
MLB The Show 21 is due out soon, but Xbox users have a much easier and cheaper way to snag the Standard Edition now.
MLB The Show 21 is due to land on Xbox Game Pass the same day as the title releases, which means Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One subscribers can get the Standard Edition at no additional cost.
If you're on either console and were planning to pre-order the Standard Edition, now you just need to sign up for Xbox Game Pass for some major savings.

Next Gen Features
We suspected that there would be some cheeky gameplay bonuses for Next Gen players, and this looks to be true.
We knew a Stadium Creator feature was on the way, but it transpires that this will only be for Next Gen consoles.
It includes over 100 props with a pre-approved set of 130 tested wall configurations, ensuring there will be no issues with online play.
Other features on Next Gen include haptic feedback on PS5 - meaning you will feel the difference between a left and right-hander, and each type of slide will feel different.
